Three disciplines, one control architecture

Machine control systems

Robust controllers and drives engineered for dust, vibration, and continuous shift operation, with clear fault handling and maintainable architecture.

Robotics integration

Multi-axis manipulators integrated for handling, assembly, and inspection, with sensing and interlocks coordinated with the wider line.

PLC programming

Standard-compliant logic written for deterministic, fail-safe operation, documented so plant teams can read, test, and extend it.

How the layers meet

PLC logic and robotic cells

The PLC acts as the deterministic authority for each robotic manipulator cell. It sequences motion requests, enforces safety interlocks, and confirms positions before the robot is allowed to move.

Handshake signals, state machines, and fault recovery are defined at the controller level, so the robot cell behaves predictably within the broader machine and does not depend on ad hoc commands.
